Check in was accommodating as we got there a little before time and they let us have a room early as 1 was ready. The gentleman at the desk and the rest of the staff we encountered were very nice. The room was clean & there was minimal traffic noise from the expressway; nothing our fan didn’t white noise out. Their breakfast looked great and they had a variety of items to choose from but we did not eat down there. There was sufficient parking and the halls didn’t smell dirty or musty.

The hotel was clean, my room was clean. And front desk advised that TN residents have to pay a $250 deposit that's not disclosed on Booking but he still waived it. I was pleased

I only enjoyed the night staff representative. He was very nice, always available, and very helpful.

The room was much bigger than expected. It has everything we needed to cook and keep drinks, food cold. The staff was very friendly and always asked if everything was good in our room. Plenty of places to eat around and Texas roadhouse is walking distance across from parking lot.
